The monitoring service is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year, except for scheduled maintenance periods.
Staff will be available during normal business hours for standard day-to-day operations. On-call staff for after-hours emergencies will be available and will respond on a best-effort basis.
Upcoming maintenance events, planned outages, etc., are available on the OIT Change Calendar. This change calendar will show upcoming activities that have been coordinated through the OIT change process.
Service Usage Review
An audit of the monitored targets will be reviewed, at a minimum, once a year. A list of monitored targets will be sent to software administrators. This yearly review process will be used to remove unneeded data and recapture resources. Data collection processes not required will be turned off.
