Some rules require that specific actions be setup before those actions can be used in a rule. Therefore, to have your rules and actions work together properly follow these guidelines:
Use descriptive names for rules. This will help with troubleshooting.
If you have a “Perceptive Content - Submit Data” rule, you need to create a PDF using a “PDF Generation - Create PDF of Submission” rule first.
If you have a “Email - Send Email” rule and you have selected “PDF of Completed Form” in the “Attachment” section, you need to create a PDF using a “PDF Generation - Create PDF of Submission” rule first.
You can have more than one rule, but multiple rules run in parallel.
If you need actions to happen in a specific order, all of those actions must be in the same rule.
