Before you are given access to the Jadu Forms development environment there are a few steps you need to take.
Step 1: Attend a Jadu Forms Orientation
The orientation provides an overview of Jadu Forms. You will see a demo of the tool, and learn about what to consider when choosing Jadu Forms. The orientation is a requirement for getting access to the tool. You can attend either an in-person or online session. For more information and to register, go to: Jadu Forms Orientation.
Step 2: Schedule a Jadu Forms Consultation
Once you have attended the orientation, you will need to setup a consultation with the Jadu Forms team (one per department). In the consultation meeting we will review the plans you have for using Jadu Forms and talk about user role assignments and data needs. Step 3: Complete the Access Request Form (ARF).
You will need to submit an access request for Jadu Forms. We will help you complete this during the consultation.
