Human Resources Administration Services provides University-wide tools for human resources management. Included in this service are enterprise resources planning (ERP) tools, as well as the related custom and vendor applications which support all aspects of human resources management. Tools that employees use to manage various aspects of their employment, such as benefits and deductions, are among these related custom and vendor applications.

Delegations of Authority Program

This service documents, through the Delegations Library, who has authority to sign contracts and agreements that bind the University to legally enforceable obligations.

Employee Training & Tracking

This service is supported by ULearn, a Learning Management System (LMS) that allows for administration, tracking, and reporting of training content — both online and instructor-led.

Human Resources Management System

This service provides tools for Human Resources Management, including recruiting and hiring, new employee onboarding, performance management, employee development, and work group development.
