How to tell if an iOS device is being managed by Jamf Pro
Open the Settings app on the iOS device.
Open the General tab.
Click on Profiles & Device Management.
Open MDM Profile. If it says University of Minnesota - Information Technology JSS, then the device is connected with OIT’s Apple Device Support Servicer.
If you don’t find the profile than it has either been removed, or the device was never enrolled into Jamf Pro. Please contact the appropriate Zone support team to have them assist the customer with enrolling their device.
