Our priorities are selected through the IT governance process and based on community input. Once selected, the IT leadership establishes formal Communities of Practice (fCoPs) to complete the work of addressing these priorities and appoints a leader who can foster participation, establish a charge, and develop clear milestones and success criteria.

The fCoPs are self-governing in that they write their own charters and identify individual governance structures. All University students, faculty and staff are welcome to participate in the fCoPs and can find additional information below.
