Description

Why Social Engineering Works. Cognitive Biases, Social Engineering, and UX. I want to talk about the tendencies most humans have to take shortcuts, see patterns, and adhere to social norms. Once I've outlined how the brain works, I want to demonstrate how that can be used against people (the bad) and how to avoid making your UX exploitative (the good).
