This presentation will examine how we used formative research with Minnesota's tobacco users to help re-design our tobacco cessation program, QUITPLAN Services. Our focus groups, online feedback, literature review and test projects helped us create a service delivery model that was a vast improvement over our previous model. The audience will take away how this research was used to appeal to all of Minnesota's tobacco users in both the service delivery and marketing of our new QUITPLAN Services.
