Session Description

Events involving 2-1,000 people require unending logistical details: name tags, registrations, special catering requests, parking, etc. This presentation will demonstrate how we have used the Google Suite to support our events from the first planning meeting through registration, catering, advertising, and post event follow-up. We use Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides, and Sites to assemble smooth-running events of 1-10 hours in length.
