Take user requests for resources using Google Forms.
Process the data automatically using Google Sheets & Google App Script.
Based on the data, the script creates events in appropriate Google Calendars, assigns staffing as event guests, and sends email notifications.
Use Data Studio to sync all our data into one dynamic platform for immediate review.
