This table talk will demo a use case of Google App Script to automate creating folders, populating those folders with unique documents, sharing folders with unique users, and notifying those users with a personalized email. In addition to all of that, Google Script can then link all those documents into a master document to oversee a project. This workflow was automated to roll out Chrome River, the new expense reporting system at the University of Minnesota. See how Google Script can automate your organization and communication.
