The University of Minnesota's Enhancing User Support formal community of practice (EUS fCoP) is currently developing standard operating procedures (SOP) for common University information technology processes, which include the following: 

  • Incident and Request
  • Break/fix Support
  • Consulting
  • New Hardware & Software
  • Proactive Maintenance
  • Request Fulfillment
  • Self-Help

The EUS fCoP community intends to deliver SOPs and a process for continuous improvement and communication in February 2014.
