To print the currently displayed page of the document without launching the Print dialog box, click the Print Current Pagebutton.
Note: If a subpage is currently displayed, clicking the Print Current Page button prints the displayed subpage only. To print the remaining subpages, you must click the Print Selected Documents button on the Enterprise Explorer toolbar, and select the Include all subpages option before confirming the print job.
To print the entire document, or to print several pages from the document, perform the following steps:
Display a page from the desired document section in DocumentDirect for the Internet.
Click the Print button. The Print dialog box appears.
Specify the print range and document print options, and click OK.
The All option may be disabled by your DocumentDirect for the Internet administrator.
The Include all subpages option only appears when the current page is an image file. Select this option to print all subpages as individual pages. Clear this option to print only the current subpage.
The Current Page option is unavailable when printing documents in Total Content Integrator repositories from Netscape.
The Include Presentation Elements option only appears if the document you wish to print contains overlays or other special formatting elements, and only if enabled by your administrator. If you wish to print the document exactly as it appears in your browser, select this option. To print the base document only, clear this option.
By default, you can specify a print range that includes pages from sections subsequent to the one currently open. However, your administrator can limit your printing to the current section. In this case, even if you specify a page range that includes pages from subsequent sections, DocumentDirect for the Internet prints only pages in the current section.
