Click Command and P at the same time or go to File and then click Print

Click Copies & Pages drop-down menu and then choose Layout

Click on the TWO-Sided drop-down menu and choose Long Edge Binding or Short Edge Binding

Long Edge prints like a notebook; Short Edge prints like a clipboard.
