If you attempt to log in with Duo unsuccessfully three times in a row, your account will be locked. Your account will automatically unlock 10 minutes later.
Unlocking your account
If you are sure of your password and the correct log in procedure, wait 10 minutes and attempt logging in again. Each time you attempt to log in again, the Login Timer resets and you will wait even longer.
Make sure to read the specific Duo authentication instructions on the right of the login screen. These instructions are different for access to different systems.
If you use a Duo bypass code to authenticate your identity, that bypass code will count as "used" and will not work after the lockout.
If you still cannot log in and become locked out again, wait another 10 minutes, then call Technology Help at 612-301-4357. Note: Because this is password-related, Technology Help will not be able to assist you via email or chat.
