This article applies to Drupal Enterprise and Drupal Lite. This action is only available to people with certain roles on the site. If you do not see the Content Type menu item, contact the Site Owner.
- Select Structure in the Administrator toolbar.
- Select the Content types link under Structure.
- Select the manage fields link in the Operations column next to the content type you wish to edit.
- Select the Delete link in the Operations column for the field you want to edit.
- You will be prompted to confirm whether or not you want to delete the field.
- Select Delete.
- The field should be removed from the list of fields for this content type.
