Departmental Email

Parent or Guest Access to Student Records

These accounts do not provide parent or guest access to student records. Students can grant permission for a parent or guest to access the details of, or to view bills and make payments in, her or his student account. Users are unable to create this access themselves: the student must send an invitation. See Authorize Access to a Student Record.

Departmental Emails

Internet accounts to be used for business functions are available to groups and sponsored individuals temporarily affiliated with the University. Departments and Organizations The following types of University organizations may request an Internet account: Student groups that are registered with the Student Activities Office Departments, offices, research project groups, committees, and other official organizations These accounts provide access to both email and personal website space.

A departmental representative or organization leader should use the Organizational/Functional Email Accounts form to request an account.
