Voice (phones & voicemail) and Data Request Process
For your convenience we have provided an optional worksheet (NTS Request Form) here which can be attached to your service request. The NTS Request Form is divided into four sections: New Telephone Service; Move/Change Existing Telephone Service; Data Service; and Other Services needed. Submit your request for Voice and Data adds, moves, or changes via ServiceNow.
Once we have received all information and depending on the complexity of the request please anticipate up to 3 days for an initial response and 2 weeks for the work to be completed.
To check on the status of a request already submitted please call, 612-625-1355 with your REQ or RITM number.
Existing customers who have access to Service Gateway can use it to manage their own voice and/or data network connections.
