There are several steps involved with creating a workflow in WorkflowGen. These steps include identifying the process, process participants, process data, and designing the webform that will be viewable by "actors" and "requesters" (see Setting up Participants for role definitions).
Internet Explorer is recommended for developing workflows. There are known problems with Firefox.
It is strongly recommended that before moving an existing process to WorkflowGen, departments complete a full business analysis to ensure the process makes sense and is efficient.
