On Hold (After Build Has Been Approved)
- Change management teams may place a request on hold to work with developers to resolve any migration issues. When the issues are resolved, the request will be removed from on hold and will migrate in the next migration window.
- If developers or functional staff need a request to be placed on hold after it has been approved for migration, please call a member of one of the Application Change Management teams listed above. It is important to make contact with someone before the migration begins.
IT Governance Center Communications
Portlets will be used as the primary means of communications/hand-offs. Both migrators and developers are responsible for monitoring their portlets to see when a request is ready for their action.
In the case of an emergency (critical) migration, email will be used to communicate any exceptions and the expected turn-around.
