Canvas Design Jam
Who: AT support professionals*
When: June 22, 9:30 am- 12:30 pm
Where: 412 Bruininks Hall
Collaborate with other academic technology professionals and explore tools that will help us design courses in Canvas. This facilitated session is an opportunity to discuss and identify template design features, design questions, and user scenarios for testing in the Usability Lab beginning in July. Bring a laptop.
During this session we will:
Learn about tools that could impact course design, including UDOIT, Blueprint, and Design Tools (formerly known as Kennethware);
Identify examples of effective course design and navigation; and
Create a gallery of design prototypes.
If this format is useful, we will schedule more Canvas Jams throughout the summer. Community feedback will provide input on themes/challenges for each event.
Please RSVP for this event. Light refreshments will be served.

*While this event is designed for AT and instructional design support staff, interested faculty are welcome to join us.
