Video conferences can enhance calendar events by allowing remote access to events.
Include a Video Conference/Meeting
Video conference attachments will vary by whether or not your account is in the BAA. BAA accounts are for those in departments that handle private health information. These accounts are unable to add video calls. However, BAA+ accounts can. For more information on BAA accounts, see BAA Account Information.
Open event details
In Conferencing section, select Add conferencing
If you are in the BAA, you will not have the option to add conferencing
If you are in BAA+ or not in the BAA at all, you will immediately see View Details appear next to the Meet. Select View Details to view the link to the Meet
