AppsToGo: Reconfigure Citrix Workspace

This article is for users who use the Citrix Workspace (formerly, Citrix Receiver) application on their computer to access AppsToGo.

Remove and Re-add profile

Mac

  1. Open Citrix Workspace (or Citrix Receiver).
  2. Select Preferences from the Citrix Workspace (or Receiver) menu.

  3. Click the Accounts tab.
  4. Select your Primary account (there should be only one), and click the Minus (-) button below to remove it.

  5. Click OK to confirm deletion of the account. You will automatically be logged out of AppsToGo.
  6. Return to Citrix Preferences menu and select Accounts.
  7. Click the Plus (+) button to add an account.

  8. Enter your U of MN email address and choose Add.

  9. Enter your Internet ID and Password then click Log OnYou are now logged in to AppsToGo.

  10. Close Preferences window.

Windows

  1. Open Citrix Workspace (or Citrix Receiver).
  2. Select Menu on the right hand side of the Citrix Workspace (or Receiver) window, then choose Accounts....

  3. Select your Primary account (there should be only one),] and click the Remove... button below to remove it.Add or Remove accounts with a table that has one account listed named AppsToGo and the checkbox for that account is selected in the On column.
  4. Click OK to confirm deletion of the account. You will automatically be logged out of AppsToGo.
  5. Enter your University email ([email protected]) in the Enter your Store URL or email address field and select Continue.
    1. If entering your email on this page does not work, instead enter https://apps.umn.edu in the field and select Continue.

  6. A University of Minnesota page to Log On opens. Enter your Internet ID and Password then select Log On
    Please log on. User name and password fields with Log On button.
  7. If prompted to use Duo, authorize with Duo.
  8. You are now logged in to AppsToGo and will be on your Favorites page in Citrux.
