Voice Network Services
Voice Network Services provides University of Minnesota end users with telephone service over both a traditional private branch exchange (PBX) as well as voice over internet protocol (VOIP) on the network. In addition to the telephone services, we offer a variety of companion services such as voicemail messaging, auto attendants, call centers, and more.
We work with University departments to design a call center that meets their unique requirements for tracking calls, forecasting staffing needs, and monitoring calls for quality assurance.
The University of Minnesota has contracted with InterCall to provide quality audio and web conferencing services.
Telephone Services allows students, staff, and faculty to communicate via landlines, analog office-based telephone systems, and emergency phones.
