Create Groups

  1. Select Setup from the gray toolbar.
  2. Select the My Contacts tab.
  3. Select the Groups tab.
  4. Select New Group, enter a Group Name, and then select Next.
  5. Enter name or Internet ID of user to be added, Find.
  6. Select the user(s) you wish to add, and click the Add Selected Users button. Repeat process to add additional group members.
  7. Click Save
